We take your privacy very seriously.  We never sell or give customer information to anyone else.

There is a problem with my order. What do I do? TOP

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we may work with you to rectify the situation.  We want our customers to be happy with their purchases.  Our products are quality products.   If there is a problem with an item, we want to know.

Can I return my order? TOP

If there is something wrong with an item, we will work with you to have it replaced with an identical item.  New items, with all of the packaging in good condition, may be returned within 14 days but will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for shipping.  Items which have been used or washed cannot be returned.  Custom orders may not be returned.

What sling or carrier should I buy? TOP

Different types of slings and carriers have their own pros and cons.  We are happy to work with you in order to help you best find the sling or carrier that will work best for you.  Please feel free to contact us directly and we will guide you towards your new sling.

How long do custom orders take? TOP
The time a custom order takes varies.  We try to make and ship custom items in a prompt fashion and will keep you updated on your order.  If you need an item in a specific time frame, please contact us to see if we can get the item to you in time. 

What do you mean by Waldorf style dolls? TOP
 Our dolls have the outward appearance of Waldorf dolls in features and the products used.  We use natural products, including cotton skin tone and soft cotton velour for all of the outer layers – the layers which will be snuggled by your little one.   We do not use wool as stuffing.  While it retains heat and makes wonderful dolls and toys, it makes machine washing impossible.  Having had to clean well-loved dolls many times myself, having a Waldorf style doll which is machine washable is a nice feature.

Who makes the Snoozle Baby dolls and handmade toys? TOP
I make them.  My children, along with their friends, have tested all of the designs for our handmade toys and dolls.  We feel that we offer quality handmade toys which are enjoyed by parents and children alike.

How do I pay? TOP

Online we accept credit cards, debit cards, and paypal.  You do not need a paypal account to be able to place an order with us.  If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please contact us.

What is your shipping policy? TOP
With the rising costs of shipping and gas, we have gone to a 10% shipping and handling charge.  If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for shipping, along with the restocking fee.  In the event that an item is defective and is being replaced, we will reimburse you for your shipping charges.  At this time, we only ship to the continental United States.  We use a combination of the United Stated Postal Service and UPS for our shipping.  We may choose to send your order in multiple shipments to have everything reach you as quickly as possible.
